A wonderful sounding players grade blackface Fender Super Reverb from 1966. I've owned it for 5 years, and it's spent nearly all of that time in my studio or rehearsal space. The previous owner had it recapped at Hunt Amplification in Phoenix AZ shortly before I acquired it.
The transformers appear original with codes dating it to 1966 - see photos for specifics & interior circuits details. It's got the typical cosmetic wear and tear of an amp that's seen consistent but careful use over the last 60 years.
The amp's grille cloth appears to have been replaced at some point with post-1966 fender cloth (orientation is rotated 90-degrees). A few additional screws were added at some point to reinforce the baffle as well.
One original speaker is present, (3) others are replacements. One replacement Jenson appears to actually pre-date the amp (1963 by my research), while the (2) others are present-day Warehouse Veterans.
Includes original foot switch and original tilt-back legs. Power cord has been replaced with a modern 3-prong grounded 110v plug.
No shipping due to size/weight, but local pickup available in Flagstaff, Arizona (about 2.5 hours north of Phoenix, AZ).
