This tube is used in the Gibson Les Paul Amp, the GA 40. I'm not sure what other amps used them. This is an example of a red one, somewhat rare. It tests at 100+% NOS (20% above NOS). I had one of these amps so I bought this tube as a backup but I later sold the amp, unfortunately. I regret it now. This tube is Military Grade - very robust and not susceptible to vibration and shock.
