Selling an early 1978 EDP Wasp in great operational shape + MIDI + VCF Mod + Original box. Sounds exactly as it should: raw and unique.

  • Functionality: 100% working. Touch keyboard responds perfectly across all keys. Original yellow pots turn smoothly with zero crackle.
  • Mods: Professionally upgraded with a MIDI input and a VCF Cutoff CV input (converted 'Phones' jack) for modern studio integration.
  • Cosmetics: Very clean layout and crisp graphics. Like most vintage Wasps, the fragile chassis has a minor, typical cosmetic imperfection on the rear upper lip that has been safely stabilized/repaired (see photos). Aside from this, it’s in beautiful shape.
  • The Box: Includes the ultra-rare original "Made in Oxford" factory shipping box. Shows age, but a massive bonus for collectors.
  • Power & Audio: The internal audio path is fully healthy—line output is completely clean and quiet. Note: Like all original EDP circuits, a high-quality regulated linear PSU is recommended to avoid minor background hum on the internal speaker caused by modern switching power supplies.

Located in Germany. Double-boxed shipping with full insurance and tracking via DHL.
