This Vintage 72' Tele Thinline was actually built in 1973 in Cupertino Ca. (SN 379410). It's absolutely the best playing guitar I have ever owned! It's a beautiful guitar with natural wood and it's light as a feather. Minor Modifications: (1) Replaced the original pearl with a black pickguard (I think it looks great). If you prefer a peril pickguard, it can easily be replaced. (2) I swapped the bridge humbucker pickup for a brighter high impedance pickup; but I kept the original Fender humbucker. Wear: Frets show a little minor wear; but this guitar "plays like butter".
