Roland Juno 106 modulation board and bender assembly. I don't remember the details but I bought this years ago when I needed a new bender on my Juno but it arrived after I found a replacement. This appears to be some mod kit because there are LEDs on it. I assume it works normally and the LEDs just show when the bend and LFO are triggered.
