The Gibson Melody Maker is a lightweight, stripped-back electric guitar originally introduced in 1959 as an ultra-affordable student model

Known for its slim mahogany body and single-coil pickups, it has evolved through various body shapes—from single/double cutaways to SG horns. It is highly prized for its raw, punchy vintage tone.
