Custom Hand Built Buffer / Splitter / Noise Gate All-In-One Utility Pedal

Selling a custom pedal I built. The pedal was designed to be an all in one pedal to buffer, split, and clean up the input signal. I just have no use for it on my current board, so hopefully it can serve another musician well.

The pedal concept was designed to be very similar to the old, 1975 MXR Noise Gate Line Driver pedal, but with the additional functionality of a built-in buffered 2 way signal splitter.

Built using only the finest, highest quality, matched and measured components including: WIMA 5% tolerance capacitors, Nichicon Gold Audio Grade Electrolytic capacitors. 1% metal film resistors, Made in Japan Lumberg jacks, Gorva Premium switching, and a LoveMySwitches Premium Grade Pot. (Plus the knob is an authentic, old stock US made Davies 1470.)

Operational Notes:

The gate is based on the older MXR MX-106 and behaves more like a hard gate to really clamp down on unwanted noise/interference, as opposed to more modern gates such as an ISP decimator for example which has more of a subtle noise cut with each minute turn of the threshold knob. It also works in a reverse taper than most are used to. (Knob fully clockwise/right is completely opened/no gating. Knob fully counter clockwise/left is completely closed/gated)
