The real deal from 1966 and perhaps the most mythical pedal I ever sold.
This is a Baldwin-Burns Buzzaround Fuzz
Is this the Holy Grail of fuzz? Many would say yes.
Made in England in the mid-to-late ’60s in extremely low numbers, the Buzzaround has become one of the most mythical British fuzz boxes ever made.
Hand-wired tag board construction, NKT213 germanium transistors, and that huge, raw, harmonically rich tone associated with early Robert Fripp / King Crimson.
Very few originals ever surface — let alone ones still alive and sounding this good.
The photos speak for themselves.
Serious offers welcome. If you are reading this, you know what these are worth.
