Warwick Corvette Bubinga 4-string, 2002 German made with a highly figured Bubinga body, Ovangkol neck and Wenge fingerboard. The brass frets are in excellent condition, as is the entire instrument. Electronics upgraded to Bartolini pickups and preamp, installation is professionally done. Controls are Volume, Pickup select, Bass, Treble and Mid with pull-up for frequency shift. Weight just under 10 lbs.
The Bartolini’s are definitely an upgrade, especially with the midrange. The bass sounds and plays beautifully. The only cosmetic flaw is the tuning peg holes were expanded to accommodate upgraded Hipshot Ultralite pegs. I didn’t like them and replaced them with original size Res-O-Lites. I find them to be functionally better and a cosmetic improvement as well. However, you can see the slight gap around parts of the tuning pegs on the back of the headstock.
Also comes with a Fender hardshell case that is in very good condition and completely functional.
