This is an original factory wiring harness removed from a 1964 Guild Starfire II. A great opportunity for anyone restoring a vintage Guild and looking for the correct period electronics.
The harness includes the original CTS potentiometers, factory wiring, capacitors, original Switchcraft pickup selector switch, and original output jack exactly as removed from the instrument. The CTS pots are stamped 13764, dating them to 1964 production, making this an excellent period-correct harness for a mid-1960s Guild restoration.
The original solder joints and wiring remain intact as shown in the photos. The harness has not been cleaned or modified and is being offered in the same condition it was removed from the guitar. Please examine the photos carefully to verify originality and condition.
Complete, original Guild Starfire wiring harnesses with the factory Switchcraft pickup selector are becoming increasingly difficult to find, making this an excellent choice for restoring a Starfire II or other compatible vintage Guild hollowbody.
