The Squier by Fender Classic Vibe Duosonic '50s is a recreation of the student model originally released in 1956.
It features a basswood body, a maple neck with a Modern "C" shape, medium-jumbo frets, a 24" (610 mm) scale length, a 9.5" (241 mm) radius, a 1.625" (41.2 mm) nut, a top-loading bridge, white-button tuners, and a two-pickup configuration with parallel wiring when the pickup selector is set to the center position.
This guitar really stands out with its gold anodized pickguard and Desert Sand finish.
Signs of use are visible (including discoloration, minor scratches and scuffs, wear and wipe marks, picking marks, buckle marks, model sticker residue on the pickguard, and tarnish, pitting, or rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage).
It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret leveling, and nut groove correction). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod has been tested to 60 degrees in both directions and is in good working order.
