Sale is for a PAIR of hoops. American made in Chicago at the Ludwig factory sometime in the 70s/80s and from a 22" Thermoglass blue and olive Ludwig badge bass drum. This sale is for 2 hoops. There are some claw stains, I did not attempt to clean them, I will leave that to the new buyer. Functional right out of the box and ready to finish your restoration project. Sorry about the ridiculous shipping cost, $49 via UPS is the best I could do for Con USA. The closer you live to me, there may be a break in the shipping cost.
