Gibson SG Standard "Large Guard" with Maestro Vibrola 1966 - 1971 - Cherry
Our users rate Reverb
What else can I say but wow.
1968 Gibson SG Standard. No breaks, repairs, or modification except;
The guitar has been professionally refreted and refinished in original cherry nitro with light aged adding some finish checking just and some light marks on the body as seen the the photos. Some light pick marks on the guard but not many
In the pictures it’s with new kluson tuners but the guitar will be fitted with the original ones perfectly set up. Everything else appears to be all original from what I see and have been told.
.
It plays and sounds absolutely killer.
Robby Krieger vibes who played the exact same SG model and year while in The Doors.
Includes the original case.
If you would like anymore photos or information on this guitar just reach out and let me know and if these photos appear anywhere
