Fender American Vintage Reissue (AVRI) '57 Stratocaster maple neck from the legendary Fullerton factory era. This neck features a highly legible, penciled factory heel date of 3-29-83. Necks from this specific 1983 production window are known for their quality and hand-shaped profile (and comfortable) feel and premium wood.

• Heel Date: Hand-penciled "3-29-83" on the bare wood heel face with original truss rod nut
• Tuning Keys: Includes the original, period-correct vintage Kluson-style tuners and bushings.
• Headstock: Pre-CBS small headstock shape. The original Fender waterslide logo decal for 1983 production.
• 12th Fret Dot Spacing: Era-correct narrow 12th fret dot spacing unique to the early Fullerton AVRI blueprints.
• Condition: The original lacquer finish has aged into a gorgeous honey amber tint. Frets and fretboard show light, honest play wear but have plenty of life left. The wood is structurally pristine with zero extra holes drilled and no modifications.
