This is a vintage part in Gold- it is the bracket that the handle attaches to on a B-7 style Bigsby.
I've included pictures of a B-7 so you see where the part is on a complete B-7.

This is an old part that came with a Bigsby I acquired years ago. I do not know the year it came off, but my guess is 1960's.
