Noble and Cooley is one of those "if you know you know" drum brands... If you're on this listing you probably know.
Unmatched crack, sensitivity and tone. N&C patented their design of snare wires that push the center of the wires into the head slightly, making it so you can get more sensitivity and lower volumes but it doesn't choke when you lay into it.
This is the best metal snare drum on the planet, IMO.
