PitchIt v1 2026 - MIDI Standalone pitch stick (Compatible with Nord Electro)

Standalone 3d printed pitch stick compatible with the Nord electro series. This product is hand built and designed by me!

This device plugs in into your Nord and allows you to use pitch bend AND use a pedal to advance programs on your Nord Electro or Nord Piano.

Turning the joystick left or right will send pitch modulation midi sequences to your Nord. Turning the joystick up, will perform vibrato. The speed of the vibrato can be controlled with the dial on the top of the device.

On the back there is also a pedal jack where you can plug in a piano pedal. (I tested with a Yamaha FC5). When you press the pedal, the device will advance your Nord to the next program.

This device uses TRS MIDI Type A to save on space. There is an option to purchase two full sized 5 pin DIN Midi to TRS Midi Type A cables with the device below under cables. These cables will allow you to plug the device into your Nord or any other device with no TRS midi capabilities.

Device is powered using a USB C cable.

All MIDI output is set to channel 1. If you send me a message asking for another channel I can program it to that channel before shipping.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are unable to get MIDI in or out, please ensure the TRS cables are plugged all the way in. There should be no metal sticking out of the port.
