Neck dive potential
Woods
Body wood -Wormy butternut. The black dots and lines are worm hole. They have all been filled with resign, but not all of them are to the top. There is a texture.
If you lean towards perfection, you might not want this body.
Top woods - Ash, figured maple, Katalox stripes
The tops is 1/4 inch thick, plenty of wood for screws.
Satin oil finish.
Standard telecaster neck pocket 2-3/16
5/16 ferrule holes
7/8 jack hole
This should fit standard telecaster parts you have. This is cut for a standard stamped bridge.
This is the most common Telecaster layout, if you are looking for a bridge other than the standard stamped steel bridge pay attention to measurements. Bridges for Fender "Series" telecasters may not fit. Bridges that say Vintage or Standard should probably fit. This has 2-1/8 string spacing.
I cannot guarantee a snug neck pocket. As someone that has build many guitars and basses I have found a great deal of variance in neck construction. Where one neck is super tight another is loose. The difference is far less than a millimeter. Check out my reviews and shop profile for more information about my builds.
Warning - who ever buys this should be handy with a drill. None of the hard ware holes are included so the builder can use the hardware of their choice. The body was cut/drilled for a standard ash try bridge. be sure to layout all your hardware before drilling. It is no fun when things don't line up.
