I purchased this student/beginner violin in September of 2025 from a small boutique seller named Fiddleheads located in western Canada. The violin was built in 2022 in Beijing China by Xuechang Sun. The violin is in great condition with no marks or scratches. I took very good care of it. The violin comes with a Bon Musica shoulder rest, a Simpatica VN-25 bow, a hard case, rosin, and a bridge quieter for home practice. With all the items listed above the original price was $650. I am asking $550 with free shipping.
I am a folk musician and I dabble in guitar, banjo and mandolin. I thought I would give violin a try but I soon realized I needed more time than I had to learn the instrument.
This would be a great beginner instrument for a student.
