This amp is in remarkable condition given the age. A lot of these weren't treated well either, so finding a nice one is hard. Here's you chance to get a great price on an actual British-made Marshall that will continue to increase in value.
Everything on the amp works well. The clean tones are surprisingly good, but the overdrive channel is where these really shine. With the help of the 12AX7 tube, these get some great hot-rodded Marshall tones with enough compression to give a nice feel. I highly recommend rolling the contour knob all the way down to get rid of the high gain sizzle and give you the classic Marshall sound.
There is one knob missing, but the shaft is still there and these knobs are readily available. Note that the missing knob is on the FX blend knob, which you will never use unless you're utilizing the built in effects loop. Even then, you will probably find that it's a "set and forget" feature.
