The Byrdland is Gibson's thinline archtop built around a notably short 23.375" scale, originally designed with jazz players in mind. The result is a light, comfortable instrument — 6.6 lbs — with the warm, airy tone characteristic of the format and an exceptionally easy feel under the left hand. The humbuckers read at healthy impedance values and the ebony board is a nice touch at this level.
The wiring has been replaced with non-original components, and the bridge is a non-original Nashville-style unit. Overall good condition. Comes in the original hardshell case.
