A Stratocaster from the American Special Series, released as the successor to the Highway One Series and now succeeded by the American Performer Series.
The body is made of alder, the neck and fingerboard are maple, it features a large headstock, is equipped with Texas Special pickups, and has volume, front tone, and rear tone controls.

The volume pot has been replaced, and the frets have been leveled.
There are scratches and dents on the headstock and body, playing wear on the pickguard, and some tarnish and pitting on the metal parts.
There are other signs of wear and discoloration, but the overall condition is good.
