1985 Fender Precision Bass Lyte Deluxe (PLEASE READ; needs shielding)

Made in Japan. Natural mahogany body with gold hardware and Fender P/J setup. (The original P-bass pickup has been replaced by a prior owner.) Bought this online w/o trying it out and unfortunately there's probably a need to shield the electronics cavity given the example in the video included (below)... it's fairly annoying which is a shame as this is a really nice bass, incredibly light weight (~6.7lbs)...
Mostly, I'm selling this as part of a greater gear purge but I'm including a discount built-in as the buyer will want to take it to a shop or do the shielding themselves.... (I was able to briefly address the electronic hum by maneuvering things around in the cavity, but that was only a temporary patch...)
