This is an opportunity to own a true classic! This clean 1977 Hiwatt Custom 50 DR504 is one of the original all-tube 50-watt Hiwatt heads that preceded the reissues of the 1990s. It is from the Hylight Electronics era (S/N 11016), and manufactured in the UK. This unit was purchased in August 2022 after it was serviced and retubed. The EL34 tubes and electrolytic capacitors are new. It has been in a private home studio ever since. Note that one screw attaching the carrying handle to the case is loose should not be relied upon.
Please refer to the photos below to see the current condition of the exterior and interior components. The buyer can choose to have the large EL34 tubes removed and separately wrapped for shipment, if desired.
