This RE20 sounds awesome! I've used it on countless records, and it has never left the studio. Bought it 12-15 years ago, so I suspect this one is from the mid to late 2000s. Though RE20s are pretty consistent, if you're into such things, the newer ones sounds a little different than the very old ones, and this one, a little different from both. We're splitting very fine hairs here, but, on the RE20 spectrum, this one falls in the middle. Not as bright as the new ones, nor as dark as the old ones. But again, this is a very fine gap. They all sound more alike than different, regardless of year. All in all, this is an amazing mic that needs to move on to a new home, and make glorious records with new folks!

I don't have the mount, because that thing sucks, and most people mount them some other way. The mic is really too heavy for the stock one, if you ask me for my opinion (you shouldn't). Thanks for taking a look, and let me know if I can help!
