This is a set of four chrome bass tuners that were removed from a 2020s-era Charvel Pro Mod San Dimas PJ 4-string bass.
They come with all the parts necessary to install them: tuners, bushings and mounting screws.
They weigh about 13-14 ounces with all the parts together including screws
Condition-wise, they're in great shape. I took them out as soon as I bought it, and put them in a ziplock and stored them away. They came out cleanly, so they're in really good shape, chrome is nice and shiny.
Quality-wise, they're absolutely fine tuners, the only reason I removed them was to install Hipshot ultra-lights to lighten the weight of the bass. But they're nice and tight (in a good way), work fine and accurately. They're quality tuners.
Do they fit a fender? I have no idea. If that's what you're thinking about using them for, please check the measurements first! I suspect there would need to be some modifications, but really don't know.
