This pedal is in perfect working order. Only minor cosmetic flaws including a couple small scratches on the display screen, but they are imperceptible when the display is active. I am the original owner and saved all of the original packaging, power supply, and user manual. I'm selling because I don't utilize the amp sims and I chose to replace it on my board with an H90.
Outside of those few dings, this is as close to buying new from the used market as it gets.
