This guitar came directly from Epiphone to my supplier, it has never been sold retail, the protective cover are still on the truss rod cover.  The guitar was inspected and tested by a factory authorized technician.  All electronics are working as designed, the neck is straight and the set up is to factory specs.  When we polished the guitar we did not find any blemishes or scratches, this guitar is in new condition.

Per agreement with Epiphone, because this guitar was not distributed through their dealer network there is a tiny used stamp on the back of the headstock and a new serial number was assigned by my supplier.

Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?  The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.

Who refurbishes your instruments?  All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.

Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?  No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.

Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?  All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping.
