The Classic S features a 60’s C vintage standard neck profile with indian rosewood. The Classic S retains many of the original specifications of the Classic Pro including the SSCII hum cancelling system and stainless steel frets. Proprietary Suhr locking tuners and 2-Post tremolo provide superior tuning stability.
This guitar has been outfitted with Fralin pickups wired in with the SSCII hum cancelling system.
The neck and middle pick up are Fralin Real ’54s: This pickup’s output and magnet structure is the same magnet material used in ‘54 Stratocasters! If you’re looking for a glassy, articulate tone, Real ’54s will certainly provide that for you.
The bridge pickup is a Fralin Blues Special Strat: Thicker Strat sound, that still sounds like a Strat. provides more output and a thicker sound while retaining that Stratocaster tone we all know and love. This pickup also has a base plate added on.
All pickups have the Fralin "Hybrid stagger" on the magnets to accommodate for the Suhr compound radius neck.
