This is likely an Asian made resonator. It is metal bodied and has a sunburst finish. There is a dent on the lower bout, but it does not affect playability. The finish itself has a good deal of crazing and a couple chips. It makes it look old, but the neck is clearly an Asian make.
The neck is set-up for bottleneck, but as you can see, it's no issue for me to fret it even up the neck. It looks like there was a repair to the fretboard at one point which I have photographed. Again, this does not affect playability and is not nearly as noticeable in person as it is in the photograph.
The headstock has an old Oahu badge on it. It is definitely not an Oahu guitar. The truss rod works and the guitar will come with a gig bag.
Overall, I'd say it has some bumps and dings but is a good player and you won't have to feel guilty taking it out like I would an old National.
