Very Rare Vintage Eko Cobra single pickup electric guitar. Made in Italy in late 1970s
Fantastic genuine roadworn condition. 100% original.
In very good but roadworn condition, plays and sounds great! Screams and squeals like the best of them. Set-up and fitted with guage 11 strings. some fretwear as per images but nothing serious. truss rod working and all electric functioning.
Beautiful Eko guitar, stained Spruce body with 3 piece Maple neck with Mahogany centre and Rosewood fretboard. The Eko C01 is a later Eko guitar made between 1979 - 83 and follows the trends that arose in Japanese guitars in the late 1970s: 3-piece neck, natural finish, uncovered humbucker in bridge position, simplified controls and tailpiece.
It has the body of a Cobra, one of Eko's most successful models from the 1960S, turned into a C-series.
According to the catalogue scan on fetishguitars the body is solid spruce.
