This is an Epiphone Masterbilt DR-500ME which I received with a broken headstock and repaired (myself) professionally. The repair is smooth to the touch.
The repair was made 3 years ago and it has been strung with 11s with absolutely no issue and sounds great! I originally figured that it would be a beach guitar but all I do is work and it never gets played and its time for it to move on :)
