Up for sale is a rare, iconic piece of 1980s guitar history: a Rockman XPR Model 100 MIDI Programmable Stereo Multi-Processor, bundled together with its matching, fully functional Rockman Midipedal and the original factory User Manual.

I am the original owner of this gear, having purchased it brand new. It has been kept in a clean, smoke-free environment, and cared for meticulously. This is the ultimate analog/digital hybrid rig engineered by Tom Scholz, capable of delivering everything from the legendary, saturated "Boston" crunch to pristine, lush stereo chorused cleans.

Item Condition & Details:

• Rockman XPR Model 100: Fully operational and functions exactly as it should. Cosmetically, it is in Very Good condition. The faceplate is exceptionally clean, save for two minor, shallow scratches (clearly visible in the photos). It shows typical, minor rack rash on the top and bottom chassis from being mounted, which is entirely hidden once racked. All buttons, sliders, and LEDs are fully responsive.
• Rockman Midipedal: Fully functional. As a foot controller, it shows more cosmetic wear and scratches from normal use, but it has no dents. Crucially, all labels are 100% intact and perfectly legible, which is incredibly rare for these vintage pedals.
• Original XPR User Manual: Included and in excellent condition. No missing pages, completely legible, and provides a fantastic collector's piece to complete the original rig.

Technical Note:

The XPR unit features all its original vintage components and operates on standard US 120V AC power. It sounds incredible, runs quiet, and delivers that authentic, massive solid-state Scholz tone. The Midipedal was modified to replace the original hard-wired power cord with a removable one. No other modifications.
