Vincent Bach Artisan Stradivarius B♭ trumpet in silver plate, made in Elkhart, Indiana, USA. Serial number A5549.

This is a Bach Artisan Series trumpet, which was Bach’s premium version of the Stradivarius line. Compared to a standard Bach Stradivarius, the Artisan models featured upgraded design details and hand-finished components inspired by vintage Bach instruments, including enhancements to the bell assembly, braces, ferrules, and overall construction. When new, Artisan models sold at a significant premium over standard Stradivarius trumpets and remain highly regarded by professional and serious amateur players.

Used in very good overall condition. The trumpet shows normal cosmetic wear and light silver tarnish consistent with age and use. There is a small ding on the inside of the bell; please see the close-up photos. I did not observe any other major dents, crushed areas, or significant bell damage.

All three valves move freely and return properly. The main tuning slide and valve slides move normally.

The included Bach hard case has noticeable exterior scuffs and wear from normal use but remains functional and included with the instrument.
