Up for sale is a stunning, original 1976 MXR Distortion + featuring the iconic cursive script logo.
This is a complete collectors package including the matching original cardboard box and the period-correct green-cover instruction manual.
100% factory original and fully unmolested. It houses the correct National Semiconductor LM741CN op-amp chip and original Arco caps. The solder joints are completely untouched.
Retains its pristine 1976 4-quadrant paper internal inspection stamp intact on the inside base plate.
Outstanding condition for its age, used but not abused. No Velcro has ever been applied to the base.
Fully tested and working perfectly. Original pots turn smoothly without scratchy artefact's.
