This was a high-spec custom build (original spec value c. £2,200 with upgrades), featuring hand-selected options including Skyburst metallic finish, premium pickups (Custom Shop Fat 60s), upgraded neck profile, solid rosewood neck and fingerboard, and hardware including locking tuners.  Hard tail - not tuning issues! Weighing just 6.9 lbs (3.13 kg), it is exceptionally resonant and comfortable.  

The guitar has been properly set up with a low, fast action (currently ~1.4–1.7mm), and everything is functioning perfectly:
