This was a bit of a project guitar that I never really got around to getting all the way across the finish line, and sadly now need to move on. A little bit about it's history...
Firstly, this is a “USED" Fender. The stamp on the back of a Fender headstock indicates the instrument is a refurbished factory second, B-stock, warranty return, or shipping-damaged item. Fender marks these so they cannot be sold as new, offering buyers a steep discount on a fully playable instrument.
Secondly, here is what was done to it since purchase: swapped pickup covers, swapped to white pick guard (cut a hole for truss rod adjustments, see pictured), fully shielded pickup and control cavities, added mastery bridge and tremolo (will include all adjustment hardware), swapped to custom neckplate.
In great shape with some minor scuffs here and there, otherwise very little wear. All electronics and pickups are stock. There is a shim in the neck pocket. Currently set up for 10s and very playable, though many find a set up with 11s to their liking, so I will throw in a set of strings toward that end. Ships with Fender branded gig bag.
Never gigged, always used in a studio environment. Any questions, feel free to ask!
