Beautiful thin finish transparent white that lets the beautiful grain pop through. Just the right amount of relic'ing and a great Warmoth neck with a smooth ebony fingerboard. The Fender version of Filtertrons sound great and it gets you to that classic Gretsch'y sound. Hard to go wrong if you like the simplicity of a tele but want a different flavor for your quiver.
