A vintage 1966 fender mustang, B width veneer rosewood board in the original Dakota red finish with the original vibrato arm and orange interior case.
All is original besides the switches and nut, the switches are period correct and pulled from a 1965 duo sonic ii I had lying around. The originals are included. While the nut is bone. I don’t have the original. Pot dates are pictured.
As shown the finish is heavily checked with some parts flaking away, primarily around the horns and bottom right near the waist. Most noticeably being on the front bass side. I’ve tried to preserve as much as I could in a baggie. There is going to be wear that isn't picked up by the camera, please keep that in mind. The pickguard also has a small portion that has snapped near the treble horn, with that part also included in a baggie. When I opened the pickguard the foam-ish stuff under the switches turned to dust, so that's gone.
The neck finish is nearly completely intact with some missing behind the second fret. The neck is thick and frets have some wear in the cowboy chord area.
It needs a setup with there being some fret buzz and buzz on open strings.
If you have any questions let me know.
