For sale is an exceptionally clean Tama Hand Hammered Copper Snare Drum, 14" x 5.5", Made in Japan, serial number #00060.

This is a very early production example of one of Tama's most sought-after metal shell snares. The hand-hammered copper shell delivers the warmth, sensitivity, and projection that made these drums famous among studio musicians and touring professionals alike.

This drum remains completely original, including the factory die-cast hoops, original Tama throw-off, original badge, original hardware, factory heads, and the original signed interior craftsman label.

The outer shell is stamped "Hand Hammered Snare Drum", and the interior shell retains its original signed craftsman label as well as an additional factory-applied Kanji stamp beneath the label, further highlighting the drum's Japanese manufacture and hand-built origins

Condition is Excellent. The drum functions perfectly and has been carefully maintained. There are a few minor cosmetic signs of use, including light scratches on two lugs and two small scratches on the shell. These imperfections are purely cosmetic and do not affect performance in any way. There are no dents, extra holes, structural issues, or modifications.
