Guitar has always been stored in an air conditioned house. Spent all of the last 30 years in a closet un-played.
Works Great:
- Pickups
- Pickup selector
- Volume control
- Output jack
- Tuning knobs
- Neck binding feels good
- Intonation sounds ok so far, test again after tuning (this means the neck hasn’t shifted or warped)
Minor Issues:
- Tone control is electronically noisy when rotated (an easy fix for someone who knows what they are doing)
- Strings are very old and the ends are sharp (not actually a real issue, just watch when handling)
Blemishes:
- Front of body - 2 chipped finish dots below bridge
- Top side of body - a couple gouges
- Back side of body - minor wear streaks
- Bottom of body - a couple blemishes near output jack
- Base - a couple blemishes on edges
- Back of neck - minor blemish near body
- Back of headstock - minor scratches near top
