This thing is less "reverb pedal" and more "portal to another dimension." The Astral Destiny takes your reverb tail and splits it into eight voices that get pitch-shifted and panned around, so instead of a simple wash you get this shimmering, swirling, almost choir-like cloud of sound.

What it does:

  • Three reverb flavors to start from: Normal, Octave Up, and Octave Down
  • Eight knobs to shape things — Mix, Reverb, Decay, Tone, Diffuse, Modulate, Dive/Rise, and Attack — so you can go from subtle room ambience to full-on ambient synth-pad territory
  • Infinite switch freezes the reverb tail so you can hold a chord and keep playing over it
  • Dive/Rise footswitch for momentary pitch bends on the tail, plus an expression input if you want to control that with your foot in real time
  • True bypass with trails, so the reverb doesn't get cut off abruptly when you click it off

Basically if you want lush, spacey, cinematic textures (think shoegaze, ambient, post-rock, or just messing around for hours), this pedal is a rabbit hole in the best way. Still works fine as a "normal" reverb too if you keep the modulation knobs low.
