Built under the legendary Fender umbrella, the Champ 15 is a beloved, straightforward practice amplifier. Packing 15 watts of solid-state power through a robust internal speaker layout, it is the perfect size for bedroom practice, small apartment jams, or student guitar lessons.

It features an incredibly responsive 3-band EQ panel paired with a dedicated "Presence" control, dual input jacks for multiple players, an onboard overdrive circuit channel select button, and a headphone output jack for silent nighttime practicing.

Functional Status & Performance

• 100% Working Condition: This amplifier has been thoroughly bench-tested and works exactly as expected. The speaker cone is clean and handles full volume without cracking or distorting.
• Clean Controls: All control knobs—including Gain, Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass, and Presence—adjust smoothly. The inputs and headphone jacks are firm and tight, and the integrated rear hardwired power cable functions perfectly.

Important Condition Note (Top Handle Strap)

• Handle Wear: The amplifier is physically in good pre-owned cosmetic condition with only minor scuffs on the black Tolex casing and silver grille cloth. However, the original molded plastic top-strap handle is starting to split/crack from age.
• Buyer Guidance: While the handle is still attached, you should be cognizant of this wear and avoid yanking the amplifier off the ground with abrupt force using the handle. We highly recommend supporting the amp from underneath when lifting it to preserve the handle's lifespan or swapping it out down the road with a standard replacement strap. It has been priced lower to account for this minor hardware detail.
