Nice solid vintage Guild 12 string from 1979. The neck is straight the Frets still have plenty of life left. We took this in on a trade and really haven't put a lot into it at this point and are letting it go the way it is. Action is just a smidge high at 2.5 millimeters for heavy Strummer you probably be just fine. There's not much Bridge saddle left if there is an adjustment needed. The belly is pretty darn flat for this age 12 string guitar. There is a tiny bit of the bridge that looks like it's coming up in the back but you can barely get a tip of paper underneath there so it's pretty tight. Top is nice and flat. Needs a basic set up, new strings you'd be ready to go. Comes with the original hard shell case. $65 shipping lower 48 states.
