Fender Fat Telecaster Assembled in 2025

Greetings all

I put this together last year to try and clone my 2001 Fat Tele so that I would have 2.

Body: All Parts

Color: Mystic Teal, Alder. No significant issues...other than some very minor wear/relic. Hard to see but worth mentioning

Neck: USA 2013 Fender C shape, 9.5 radius, Medium Jumbo frets.

I leveled and crowned the frets when I put the guitar together. Tons of fret life left. Neck plays silky smooth.

Bridge: Joe Barden with compensated saddles

Pickups:

Neck: Fralin Unbucker..

Bridge: Fralin Vintage hot 5% overwound. More info on these pickups at Fralin's web site....

Electronics:

5 way super switch. So you get bridge, bridge and split neck, full neck and bridge, split neck, and full neck..Tons of great tone's to be had

500k volume and 250k tone pot.

I also installed a 470K resitor off the hot leg of the bridge pickup so it sees a 250K pot instead of 500k

Treble bleed mod: Reduce treble loss when vol turned down.

Guitar weighs about 8 and 1/2 pounds.

Comes with a nice padded Fender gig bag. Also included will be a Snark tuner, a truss rod wrench and an a set of Ernie Ball 9's
