This Fender American Vintage '57 Stratocaster plays and sounds great! The guitar is comprised of an alder body, "C" shape maple neck, and maple fretboard. This one is a Yamano Music select, a Japanese distributor known for selecting quality instruments from the US for the Japanese market. 

This guitar does show some minor cosmetic wear from over the years that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body with additional small dings along the back of the neck and headstock. The pickguard and plastics show some aging from over time and the hardware has normal light tarnishing. The frets in nice shape and play great, exibiting only normal play wear, and the electronics work as they should. 

This guitar is all original.
