This made in Japan Limited Edition Fender ST-62QT Stratocaster plays and sounds great! This one has had quite a few modern modifications. The pickups include a set of EMG Sav single coil pickups with some added electronics. The nut has been swapped for a rollere nut, and string tree have also been replaced. The original tuners have been replaced with Sperzel Locking Tuners. 

This guitar does show some cosmetic wear that includes various surface scratches, scuffs, and dents throughout the body and a larger finish chip located along the lower side of the body. One of the previous tuner holes is visible on the back of the headstock and has been filled. There is evidence the hole for the string tree had to be re-drilled. The finish is also starting to show signs of aging from over time. The frets are used but still play great and the electronics work as they should.

The battery for the pickups is located under the pickguard.
