The Bogner La Grange is widely regarded as one of the finest "Marshall-in-a-box" pedals ever produced. Designed by Reinhold Bogner, the La Grange captures the feel, dynamics, and response of a cranked late-'60s Plexi amplifier while offering an incredible amount of tonal flexibility in a pedal format.

Unlike many overdrive pedals, the La Grange goes far beyond a simple gain control. Features such as Channel Blend, Variac simulation, Structure switching, Presence controls, multiple gain modes, and a dedicated footswitchable boost allow players to dial in everything from vintage British crunch and classic rock rhythm tones to saturated hot-rodded Plexi lead sounds.

The unique Channel Blend control emulates the classic technique of jumpering the channels of a vintage four-input Marshall amplifier, while the Variac switch recreates the sag and compression associated with legendary "brown sound" tones. Combined with the independent boost section, the La Grange delivers an impressive range of vintage and modern British-inspired overdrive sounds.

Condition

This pedal is in very good overall condition and has been tested for proper operation. All controls, switches, LEDs, and footswitches function as intended. Cosmetic wear includes light scratches, small paint chips, normal signs of use, and wear to the foam padding on the bottom of the pedal.
