One of the most successful alnico speakers from Celestion. It offers the characteristic compression and dynamics of the alnico magnet, but with more power and much better bottom control than classic vintage constructions. The sound is full, spatial and very musical, with a smooth treble without unpleasant sharpness.
It works great in cleans, crunch, blues, rock and wherever the reaction to articulation counts. It works well with Fender, Vox or Marshall tube amplifiers, as well as modern boutique designs.
