The action is not as low as other guitars, but it is certainly not high.  Sound: The Dean EQA-GN Exotica Quilted Ash Electro Acoustic is known for a bright clear and snappy sound with strong projection, largely due to its all ash construction. It is loud and boomy, but generally well balanced across the board and would suit most styles of music. Cosmetic: No marks that we can see other than just general aging to the wood of the guitar, which is common with any instrument over 10 years old.  Electronics: All working perfectly.  Condition Rating: 2
